According to the data, Saudi Arabia's crude steel output in 2020 is 7.8 million tons, and that in 2021 is 8.7 million tons-which means that once the cooperation target of TEDA Holding and Xintian Steel's 10 million-ton steel manufacturing project is reached, Saudi Arabia's steel output can be doubled directly, and the proportion will be even more considerable, coupled with the empowerment of the steel industry park. If other factors are put aside, in 2021 alone, Saudi Arabia's steel production will surpass Mexico (18.5 million tons), and the international ranking will jump six places.
